AARP's VISION A society in which everyone ages with dignity and purpose, and in which AARP helps people fulfill their goals and dreams. AARP MISSION AARP is dedicated to enhancing quality of life for all as we age. We lead positive social change and deliver value to members through advocacy, service, and information. ABOUT AARP (also known as the “boilerplate” description) AARP is a nonprofit, nonpartisan social welfare organization with a membership that helps people 50+ have independence, choice and control in ways that are beneficial and affordable to them and society as a whole.
