Road to Recovery

One of the biggest barriers to cancer care is transportation, because even the best treatment cannot work if a patient is unable to get there... That is why the American Cancer Society's Road to Recovery program provides patients with free rides to/from their cancer-related treatments. For those who cannot drive themselves or have no other means of getting to treatment, volunteers donate their spare time and the use of their personal vehicle to give patients a much-needed ride. And we need your help! Every volunteer makes a difference and every driver has what it takes to help save lives.

Prior to driving, volunteers will complete a short, online training and criminal/driving record background check.
